1. Scope

These terms cover two things: the website at mervantis.com, and Mervantis Ads Automation, an internal application operated by Mervantis OÜ.

They do not cover the retail websites operated under the brands listed on the entity record. Each of those publishes its own terms, withdrawal information and privacy policy, and consumer contracts are concluded there, not here.

2. This website

This website publishes company registry information and documentation about applications operated by Mervantis OÜ. It sells nothing and takes no orders.

The information is provided in good faith and kept current, but is offered without warranty of any kind. Authoritative company data is the record held by the Estonian e-Business Register.

This website links to external websites. Mervantis OÜ does not control their content and is not responsible for it.

3. Mervantis Ads Automation

Mervantis Ads Automation is operated by Mervantis OÜ for its own internal use. It is not a product, not a service offered to the public, and not an agency tool.

No third-party access: The application has no external users, no sign-up and no user accounts. Access is limited to Mervantis OÜ staff. No licence, right of use or right of access is granted to anyone else by these terms or otherwise.
Accounts managed: Only Google Ads accounts owned by Mervantis OÜ. The application does not access, and is not authorised to access, any other party's Google Account or Google Ads account.
Google Ads terms: Use of the application is subject to the Google Ads Terms and Conditions and the Google Ads API Terms of Service, which bind Mervantis OÜ as the advertiser and API user.
Google user data: Handled as described in the privacy policy, in adherence with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website, and the source code of Mervantis Ads Automation, are the property of Mervantis OÜ. Company names, registry data and other factual information may be quoted freely. Reproduction of the site's text or design beyond ordinary quotation requires written permission.

Trade marks and product names of third parties, including Google, belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only. Mervantis OÜ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

5. Liability

Mervantis OÜ is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on information published on it, except where liability cannot be excluded under Estonian law — in particular for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health.

Nothing here limits any consumer's statutory rights under the terms published by the operating brands on their own websites.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the website or the application changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date below.

7. Governing law

Estonian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of Estonia, subject to any mandatory rule of jurisdiction that provides otherwise.

Consumer protection and technical regulation in Estonia is supervised by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee). Data protection is supervised by the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
