About

A small company, run the way we recommend

Mervantis OÜ is an Estonian private limited company founded by Harri Reili in 2018. Until 2026 it was called HR Electronics OÜ. Harri is Estonian; the company is based in Estonia.

He builds and runs the company’s online stores, video channels and servers himself, with AI agents doing most of the routine work: the same kind of setup he builds for clients.

When you work with Mervantis, you work with Harri directly, in English or Estonian.

Who do you work with?

Small and medium-sized businesses in Estonia, the rest of the EU, the UK and Ireland: mostly online stores, service companies and teams that repeat the same computer work every day. We work in English and Estonian.

What does an automation cost?

After the free call you get a fixed-price quote for a pilot. It also lists the running costs, such as an AI plan or a small server, which you pay on your own accounts, so there is no hidden mark-up.

Where do the automations run, and who owns them?

On your own accounts and on your server or a small cloud server in your name, not on our machines. You own the code, the data and the accounts, and you can take it all over at any time.

What happens to our data?

It stays in systems you control. We use AI providers under business terms suited to company data, and for sensitive data we can set up a language model that runs entirely on your own hardware.

How much do the videos cost?

Your first video is free. After that, one video is €59, four a month are €129, and eight a month with posting to your channels are €219, with no minimum term. Prices exclude VAT. The full price list is on shotcoda.com.

Can you join our team as a freelancer?

Yes, remotely, for about 20 hours a week from October 2026. The work is invoiced business-to-business by Mervantis OÜ, an EU VAT-registered company.

Do you make websites without automation?

We build online stores and the systems around them. If you only need a simple brochure website, we will tell you honestly on the call whether we are the right choice.
